The Pointe des Arts Île Seguin project aims to create a 53,000 m² cultural district at the northern end of the Ile Seguin.

Designed as a multi-purpose place to live, it brings together leisure, work, entertainment and nature in a single harmonious space.
Located at the heart of the Vallée de la Culture and close to La Seine Musicale, it offers a rich and varied artistic programme.

The site includes a multi-disciplinary art centre with a room dedicated to contemporary creation, a bookshop, a bar and a panoramic terrace. A Pathé cinema equipped with the latest technology completes the offering.

Designed as an open, accessible space, the complex encourages people to meet, stimulates creativity and encourages new ways of living and working along the water.

OUR AUDITORIUMS

The Pathé Île Seguin cinema offers an immersive experience in cinemas equipped with the latest projection and sound technologies.

The largest room in the complex is the IMAX theatre, with a capacity of 255, offering a spectacular experience on a giant screen for your large-scale events.
The cinema also has three Dolby Atmos auditoriums: auditorium 3 with 94 seats, auditorium 5 with 100 seats and auditorium 7 with 100 seats, designed for exceptional sound and visual immersion. Thanks to their intimate capacities, our theatres offer a comfortable, privileged setting, ideal for hosting private events, screenings and meetings in a friendly, immersive atmosphere.

COCKTAIL AREA PANORAMIC VIEW

Located on the ground floor of the cinema, the Pathé Café and its Pop-Corner with a breathtaking panoramic view over the Seine, offers a 300 m² space that can accommodate up to 280 people. It can be customised according to your needs to create a made-to-measure configuration. Our catering partner offers formulas to suit your requirements, and a cloakroom and reception furniture are available on request.

RECEPTION AREA

Located on the ground floor (R-1) next to the confectionery shop, this 200 m² space can accommodate 180 people.
