ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Pathé is committed to making its websites and mobile applications compliant with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

To this end, Pathé is implementing the following strategy and actions:

- 2026: Compliance audit conducted by Ethic First, showing a compliance rate of 51.85% with RGAA version 4.1.2 and initiation of initial corrections
- Q4 2026: Conduction of a second audit
- 2027: Continued progressive implementation of site accessibility improvement actions, with the goal of reducing remaining non-conformities with RGAA

State of compliance

Pathé Location is partially compliant with the Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit carried out by Ethic First reveals that 51.85% of the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met.

Inaccessible Content

Non-conformities

- Informative images lack alternative text, particularly client reference logos;
- Decorative images are not correctly ignored by assistive technologies;
- Informative images need to be replaced by styled text or have a replacement mechanism;
- Frames lack titles, particularly on the homepage;
- Some text has insufficient contrast with its background, notably gray text on a black background;
- Some interface components have insufficient contrast with their background;
- Links are not sufficiently explicit, particularly on the homepage;
- Interface components (buttons, modals) are not compatible with assistive technologies;
- Interface components are not accessible via keyboard or any other pointing device;
- Some pages, such as the English homepage, do not have a relevant title;
- Tags are used solely for presentation purposes;
- Content is not always structured by headings;
- Quotations are not indicated;
- Visible content carrying information is no longer present when stylesheets are disabled;
- CSS declarations for background and font colors are not implemented;
- Focus indication is not always visible;
- Content cannot always be presented without horizontal scrolling for a window 320px wide;
- Form fields lack labels;
- Some form fields have irrelevant labels on the English homepage;
- Fields of the same nature are not grouped;
- In some forms, the mandatory nature of certain fields is not correctly indicated and input validation is not implemented accessibly;
- Input validation should be accompanied by suggestions to facilitate correction;
- Fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone do not auto-fill with information already known by the browser;
- The skip link or quick access to the main content area is not functional;
- The tab order is not always consistent;
- Functionalities usable or available via a complex gesture are not available via a simple gesture.

Test environment

Content rendering checks were carried out based on the combination provided by the RGAA reference database, with the following versions:

Firefox 142.0 and NVDA 2025.3

- Web Developer extension ;
- Tools for developers integrated into the Firefox browser.
