ACCESSIBILITY DECLARATION

Pathé undertakes to make its internet, intranet and extranet sites and its software packages accessible (as well as its mobile applications and digital street furniture) in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, Pathé is committed to publishing its multi-year accessibility plan and action plans in the near future.

Éstate of compliance

Pathé Location is partially compliant with the Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit carried out by Ethic First reveals that 51.85% of the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met.

Content not accessible

Non-conformities

- Images that carry information have no text alternative, in particular customer reference logos;
- Decorative images are not correctly ignored by assistive technologies;
- Information-carrying images must be replaced by stylish text or have a replacement mechanism;
- Some frames have no title, particularly on the home page;
- Some texts do not contrast well with their background, particularly grey text on a black background;
- Some interface components contrast too poorly with their background;
- Some links are not sufficiently explicit, particularly on the home page;
- Some interface components (buttons, modals) are not compatible with assistive technologies;
- Interface components are not accessible from the keyboard or any other pointing device;
- Some pages, such as the English home page, do not have a relevant title;
- Tags are used for presentation purposes only;
- Content is not always structured by headings;
- Some quotations are not indicated;
- Visible content carrying information is no longer present when style sheets are deactivated;
- CSS declarations for background and font colours are not implemented;
- Focus is not always visible;
- Content cannot always be presented without scrolling horizontally in a 320 px wide window;
- Some form fields have no label ;
- Some form fields have irrelevant labels on the English home page;
- Fields of the same nature are not grouped together;
- In some forms, the mandatory nature of certain fields is not correctly indicated and the input control is not implemented in an accessible way;
- The input check should be accompanied by suggestions to facilitate correction;
- Fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Telephone are not automatically filled in with information already known to the browser;
- The bypass or quick access link to the main content area is not functional;
- The tab order is not always consistent;
- Functionalities that are usable or available with a complex gesture are not available with a simple gesture.
